Design & Performance
Modern Performance, Timeless Window Design
Our heritage double-glazed units are crafted using ultra-slim spacer bars and specialised low-iron glass to maintain the fine detailing associated with traditional sash, casement, and steel-framed windows.
Using modern warm-edge technology and inert-gas filling, these units deliver excellent U-values without altering the frame’s visual proportions. They’re available in a variety of sizes and configurations to suit both timber and steel window systems.
They include high performance Low-E coatings and argon or krypton gas options for improved energy efficiency.
Finishes & Options
Safe-Guard’s heritage units can be fully tailored to your project:
- Choice of slimline spacer colours (black, grey, or neutral tones)
- Available in single-pane or multi-pane layouts to match period windows
- Low-E coatings and argon gas options for improved energy efficiency
- Compatible with putty-line glazing for traditional timber frames
- Available in bespoke sizes for restoration and refurbishment projects
