Every Insulated Glass Unit is assembled using precision-cut glass panes separated by a thermally efficient spacer bar, sealed to create an airtight cavity filled with argon gas for superior insulation.
We use low-emissivity coatings, warm-edge spacers, and dual-seal technology to deliver consistent performance and long service life.
Whether you need slimline double glazing for heritage frames or high-spec triple glazing for modern builds, SafeGuard can manufacture a unit to suit your exact requirements.
Our sealed units achieve BSEN 1279 parts 2 & 3 along with British Standard Institute (BSI) Kitemark first awarded in 2005 and have since consistently passed regular audits. Sealed unit guarantees up to 10 years depending on type of frame.
